At MINAKO there are two ways to be served, by the bar or at the table. To experience authentic japanese omakase we recommend the Minako Experience by the bar where you will be served fresh sushi straight from the chef’s knife.
The story
Jashim Uddin (1967 – 2023) left Bangladesh to study in Tokyo and returned as one of the most skilled sushi chefs on the planet. As a young man with an interest in chemical engineering there was two given choices for studies, USA or Japan. His decision fell on Japan, Tokyo.
