Our story
Minako was founded in 2008 by Jashim Uddin (1967–2023), a visionary chef whose journey took him from Bangladesh to the heart of Japan and, ultimately, to Stockholm. Born and raised in Bangladesh, Jashim had a deep curiosity for the sciences, particularly chemical engineering…
