In a unique collaboration with Meat Japan and their CEO, Paolo Tucci, we proudly present the finest Japanese Wagyu the world has to offer: JUKU Aged Wagyu from Shimane – the Gold Winner of the WORLD STEAK CHALLENGE WSC 2024, recognized as the best Wagyu steak in the world, sourced from mother cows aged 6–15 years. 

JUKU Aged Wagyu is the first and only sustainable Wagyu awarded in Japan. It offers a “beefier” taste with a robust, complex profile, featuring a nuanced umami that doesn’t overwhelm the sweetness, and a melting texture that showcases the breed’s natural elegance.
