
Our Nigiri
There are many different styles of nigiri – the classic Japanese dish consisting of a slice of raw fish (or other topping) placed over a small oblong ball of sticky white rice. Mastering the art of perfect nigiri takes years of dedication and precision.
Jashim spent 32 years refining his own unique style before he sadly passed away in October 2023. His approach to nigiri was truly one of a kind – a blend of technique, intuition, and tradition. Thanks to our dedicated chefs, his legacy lives on, and Jashim’s distinctive style continues to shape the way we craft and serve nigiri today.
