The Nigiri

Nigiri is a piece of raw fish (or other topping) on top of a small oblong piece of sticky white rice. The making of a perfect Nigiri takes years of practice and is a true art form. Jashim had been shaping his skills 32 years before he unfortunately passed away in October 2023. Thanks to his daugther Katarina Uddin the traditions of the genuine nigiri will live on.
