At MINAKO there are two ways to be served, by the bar or at the table. To experience authentic japanese omakase we recommend that you sit by the bar where you will be served fresh sushi straight from the chef’s knife. According to traditional omakase sushi the soy sauce and wasabi are added to the sushi by the chef and is not served on the side.
