We serve only JUKU Aged Wagyu from Shimane – the Gold Winner of the WORLD STEAK CHALLENGE WSC 2024, recognized as the best Wagyu steak in the world.
JUKU Aged Wagyu is the first and only sustainable Wagyu awarded in Japan, sourced from mother cows aged 6-15 years. It offers a ”beefier” taste with a robust, complex profile, featuring a nuanced umami that doesn’t overwhelm the sweetness, and a melting texture that showcases the breed’s natural elegance.
